The Museum of the Future required a fully bespoke digital kiosk system capable of dispensing wearable access devices at scale, handling high visitor volumes, and integrating seamlessly with complex enterprise systems — including ticketing, payment, and CRM platforms. No off-the-shelf solution existed. Everything had to be designed and built from scratch.

The goal was a frictionless guest journey — from ticket scan to wearable collection — that felt as iconic as the building housing it.

The team delivered a cohesive infrastructure spanning custom hardware fabrication, mechanical engineering for reliable wearable dispensing, and bespoke software with secure integrations to VGS, Salesforce, Arbab, and multiple payment gateways. The system handled ticket issuance, wearable redemption, real-time validation, and guest flow management within a single unified platform.

Since launching in 2022, the kiosks have processed millions of ticket transactions and wearable redemptions, supporting daily operations at one of the world's most-visited cultural destinations. The system remains fully operational with ongoing upgrades continuously improving performance and the visitor journey.
