01 / Challenge
For the Bentley Continental GT Speed First Edition showcase at J1 Beach, Bentley needed more than an elegant reveal. The brief called for a high-impact statement that merged heritage craftsmanship with future-facing technology — positioning the vehicle not only as a performance machine, but as a symbol of design innovation and cultural relevance for a VVIP audience accustomed to luxury.
02 / Idea
PXL+ proposed transforming the Continental GT Speed into a living, breathing generative art installation. Rather than displaying the car, they would dress it in light and intelligence — 14 bespoke AI artworks, inspired by Bentley's design DNA of fluid lines, power, precision, and movement, running continuously across its sculpted surface.
03 / Execution
The vehicle was precision-wrapped with calibrated LED strips across 800 metres of addressable nodes, turning its body into a dynamic digital surface. PXL+ developed 14 generative AI artworks from scratch and built a live post-processing system that mapped each artwork seamlessly to the vehicle's contours — creating an evolving digital skin that pulsed with light and motion for the duration of the two-week showcase.
04 / Results
The installation engaged an exclusive VVIP audience and generated significant regional media coverage, including features in Top Gear Middle East and Emirates Woman. For guests attending curated five-course dinners at INĀH, the experience delivered something rare: exclusivity reimagined through generative intelligence. Bentley cited the activation as a defining example of the brand's evolution at the intersection of craftsmanship and technology.
