01 / Challenge
House of Hype is built on content-creation moments — spaces designed for guests to play, create, and share. It needed a graffiti experience that captured the energy and self-expression of street art inside a family-friendly indoor venue, with no paint, no fumes, and no clean-up, while still feeling as tactile and satisfying as spraying a real wall.
02 / Idea
Hand guests a physical spray can they actually hold, aim, and press — but load it with technology instead of paint. As they spray, digital colour flows onto a giant wall exactly where the can is pointed, letting anyone lay down bold, glowing graffiti in seconds. Authentic to hold, impossible to get wrong, and endlessly repeatable for the next guest.

03 / Execution
Pixel Plus Media built the wall using HTC Vive trackers to capture the position and orientation of custom spray-can props in real time, each fitted with a button on top to simulate pressing a real nozzle. The whole experience was developed and integrated in Unity, translating each movement and trigger-press into live augmented-reality paint rendered onto the wall. The system was tuned for the fast, high-volume, all-ages traffic of a live theme-park floor — responsive, intuitive, and reliable through continuous use.

04 / Results
The installation gives House of Hype a signature, hands-on content moment — one of the venue's many interactive zones at Riyadh Boulevard, where every guest leaves their own glowing creation and a shareable photo. A clean, repeatable, and endlessly re-playable take on street art for one of Saudi Arabia's flagship immersive attractions.
