Luxury real estate sold through light and depth. PXL+ built a state-of-the-art LFD 3D hologram display system for Meraas' Bvlgari Lighthouse sales centre — projecting 45 architectural perspectives simultaneously, without goggles. The result: four units sold averaging AED 123.75M each.

01 / Challenge
Meraas needed a sales environment that could immerse high-profile luxury buyers in the Bvlgari Lighthouse development before a single unit was complete. The space required three nautical windows that transported viewers into the property as the architects intended — creating desire for something that existed only in design.
02 / Idea
PXL+ proposed a display system centred on LFD 3D hologram technology — screens capable of projecting architectural visualisations with genuine 3D depth, viewable without 3D goggles. The experience would activate automatically as buyers approached the nautical windows, pulling them into the property's world the moment they engaged.
03 / Execution
PXL+ designed, built, and installed the complete stand and technology system with high-end bespoke finishing. The architectural visualisations were re-engineered to simultaneously project 45 different perspectives at maximum resolution. Proximity sensors triggered the displays as visitors approached, ensuring every interaction felt curated and intentional.
04 / Results
Since deployment, Meraas sold four luxury units averaging AED 123.75M — including a single AED 148M unit. Previously, the developer had sold only one comparable unit at AED 143M. Originally scheduled for a two-month display window, the stand has been extended indefinitely based on its direct sales impact.
